CONFIRMATION TEXT POLICY

Reminder texts are sent out 1 week prior to your appointment you must respond with a ‘Y’ to this message to confirm your appointment.

 

DEPOSITS

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to secure your booking which can be paid over the phone or when booking online. Your booking is not secured until we have received your deposit.

On the day of your appointment, your deposit will be deducted off your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

REFUND POLICY

Grace Gold Studio is committed to delivering high-quality services, and we take pride in the expertise of our stylists and the products we use. We do not offer refunds on hair services, however we will do everything we can to ensure that you love your hair and meet your expectations.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to communicate any concerns within 24 hours and we can arrange a time for you to come back in for a complementary revision appointment at the earliest convenience. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to working with you to address any issues and ensure satisfaction to the best of our ability.

These services will not be charged unless it is more or new work than what was discussed and agreed upon to your original appointment commencing. Please note: Any concerns outside of our 10 day period will be considered a new colour appointment and will be charged accordingly.

We will accept returns on any faulty products that have been purchased alongside the proof of its purchase.

 

RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 72hrs for any cancellations or rescheduling, if given 72hrs your booking fee can be transferred onto new booking.

If given less then 72hrs then your original booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new one to book in again.

If you cancel or reschedule with 24hr notice or less then your card will be charged 50% of your service cost. This is assessed on a case by case basis but we are a small business so when this happens it really impacts us.

 

LATE POLICY

Clients who arrive 20+ minutes late to their appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of your appointment value and will need to re-book.

We understand that life is hectic, things sometimes happen that are out of our control, and we run late on occasion. However, please understand in our industry our entire day is dependent on accurately allocated appointment slots. Late start-times unfairly jeopardise the remainder of the clients and services booked after you.

 

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We do not offer a “change of mind” redo service. However, we do want to ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied with their service. Please contact us within ten days from your original appointment date to adjust any issues free of charge.
